Position Overview

TeamGenius is seeking a part-time marketing assistant to support the operations of our Hockey Labs product. This individual will work with our head hockey trainer and own the process of uploading and properly formatting all of our training content in the Hockey Labs app, coordinate prizes and giveaways with customers, and coordinate creative deliverables with our agency. This individual will also have the opportunity to be brought in on broader marketing initiatives, learn different aspects of how a B2B and B2C saas marketing team operates, and make a real impact as we continue to grow our Hockey Labs platform.

What you’ll do:

• Work with our head hockey trainer to get all of his planned hockey training programs live and in our app for kids to view in a timely manner
  • Taking raw video files, text files, and images, and uploading them into our app
  • Formatting all programs properly dependent on their structure, dates, age levels, etc. 
• Coordinate weekly prizes and giveaways for our users
  • Selecting the weekly prize
  • Reaching out to all winners to coordinate delivery and photo op
  • Ensuring timely delivery of prizes
  • Coordinating prize winner announcement videos with head hockey trainer
• Coordinate all in-app graphics with our agency
  • Draft creative requests for our agency – such as program cover photos

Requirements:

• Need to be familiar with any B2C fitness app to understand the general purpose of Hockey Labs
• Need to understand proper video downloading, uploading, and production best practices
• Need to be willing to learn quick
• Need to have immense attention to detail
• Need to be okay with flexible work schedule – hours will vary depending on the current programming schedule for the Hockey Labs app

Bonus Points:

• You have a hockey background
• You have a marketing background or are a marketing major in college

Our Offer:

• $15-$20/hour depending on experience
• Minimum of 5 hours/week – Maximum of 25 hours/week (hours will vary depending on the current programming schedule for the Hockey Labs app)
• Ability to work from anywhere 100% of the time
