PRIZE DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules (the “Rules”) apply to specific random prize drawings (“Drawing”) conducted by TeamGenius Systems, Inc., 25533 Heritage Lane, Wyoming, MN 55092 (“Sponsor”). These Rules will be referenced at each applicable Event. By entering a Drawing, you agree to be bound by these Rules. WHO MAY ENTER: The Drawing is open to registered Hockey Labs Users who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Employees, officers, and directors of Hockey Labs and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, and children) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: To enter the Drawing, complete two Workout of the Day workouts during the promotion period. The first drawing will be held during the first month of the Promotion Period will begin at 12:00 AM CENTRAL on the first date specified in the Drawing period and running through 11:59 PM CENTRAL on the last date specified in the Drawing period.The winner of the Drawing will be selected in a random drawing on Monday morning following the official Drawing period from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified in person, by email, or by social media channel. Information collected in connection with this Drawing is governed by Hockey Labs’s Privacy Policy.

PRIZE: The Drawing’s promotional materials will list the item and quantity of prize(s) available. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the week. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state and local income taxes connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Failure to respond to prize notification or to execute and return any requested document within seven (7) days, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner in a random drawing.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION: Prizes will be sent within thirty (30) business days following the Drawing. You must have provided an address to which U.S. mail can be delivered. Sponsor will be responsible for costs of delivering prizes to the winner. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen prizes. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty with respect to the safety, performance or appearance of any prize awarded.

PRIVACY: By participating in the Drawing, you agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal data.

MISCELLANEOUS: By participating in the Drawing, all entrants agree to release Sponsor, its clients, and vendors from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in the Drawing, or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees. In the event the Drawing cannot be held, or other reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Drawing in its sole discretion to be equitable and fair for all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination of the Drawing. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Drawing, or who Sponsor believes is causing errors, disruptions or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the drawing are final. Sponsor reserves the right to add to or change these Rules at any time subject to applicable laws and regulations.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Minnesota.
